Welcome to the Toastmasters Club Scheduler! I’m Mike Weibel, I’m the founder of TMClubSchedule and I’m a former VP-Education for a large Toastmaster’s club in Dallas (Big “D” Toastmasters).
I recently finished my 2nd stint as VP-Education of our club and experiencing all the fun, as well as frustrations, that involves. We have been using an old Windows based scheduling tool that served our needs but it was not well supported, did not publish the schedule online and still left a lot of work for both the VP-Education and each week’s Toastmaster to do to keep up with schedule changes, cancellations, swapping assignments, etc.
I knew there could be a better solution, but didn’t find it on the market so with the help of my talented programmer, some good graphic design and a lot of time and effort, we built one. Hence, TMClubSchedule was launched. We’ve spent two years building, improving and testing it at another club I belong to, and moving the schedule online has been a huge improvement. TMClubSchedule is now being used at clubs across the U.S. and in other countries as well.
